Maui Jim started selling sunglasses on the beach in Lahaina, Hawaii in 1981. Their goal was glare reduction, important in the ocean environment, but they wanted a color pallet evocative of the islands.
Starting with seven styles, Maui Jim was born. They now offer over 125 styles. All are polarized and protect from 100% of UVA and UVB rays.
